It had a good setting right by Rialto bridge, water bus, boulangerie, gelateria, supermarket and many other Venetian shops and all the main attractions and Treviso to Rialto Bridge. Laura was the best host ever...
It had very small bathroom.

The apartment was great! It had everything we needed, like a kitchenette to cook our meals and a comfy living room with a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom was clean and had a hairdryer, which was a nice touch. I loved having a kitchenette in the room, it made it feel like a home away from home. The flat-screen TV was a bonus, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Venice.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the shower in the bathroom. It was a bit small for my liking, but others might not mind it.

The location of this apartment couldn't be better, right next to the iconic Rialto Bridge. You can easily explore all the sights of Venice from here, including Piazza San Marco. The owner, Laura, is friendly and helpful, providing advice and even picking guests up from the vaporetto. The central location allows you to truly feel like a Venetian. Plus, the comfortable bed ensures a good night's sleep after a long day.
The apartment is quite dark and shabby, not matching the photos provided.

Stayed at Laura's apartment for a few days and it was fantastic! the location couldn't be better, just minutes away from the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. Laura was incredibly friendly and informative, giving us great advice about Venice. Despite our delayed flight, she was flexible and met us early the next morning to give us the keys. the apartment didn't have wifi or signal, but with all the positives, it wasn't a big deal. Staying in an apartment in Venice is definitely the way to go, comfortable and equipped with a kitchenette to save on food expenses. Highly recommend for first-time visitors!
Nothing everything was great! 😊.

Wow, what a location! The apartment was right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything. The host, Laura, was fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. She even provided us with helpful tips and recommendations for nearby restaurants and supermarkets.
While the location was great, the apartment itself had a few drawbacks. The cleanliness could have been better, as there were spots of dust and the kitchenware needed to be cleaned before use.

I got great value for my money at this place. The room was cozy and comfortable with nice cotton bed sheets and towels. The location was absolutely fantastic, just a minute away from the Rialto Bridge and a short walk to Saint Marks Square. The staff, especially Laura, were very friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed.
The breakfast option could have been better.
